CANCELLATION POLICY

At Seamless Studios, each stylist operates as an independent business owner and manages their own booking policies, deposits, and cancellation fees. We understand that emergencies can happen. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 30%–50% of the reserved service total, in accordance with the individual professional’s policy. We encourage all guests to review their provider’s booking policies prior to scheduling. By reserving an appointment, guests acknowledge and accept the policies established by their chosen professional.
